Sleep Starter Kit

I learned so much about sleep hygiene and habits from this book. The online quiz is fantastic to help you identify your sleep type (I shared this with so many people) and the book helped me understand certain habits at my age and what's to come in the future (which I see in my mum's sleep habits). Olivia is full of knowledge and has an easy way of helping you understand the importance of sleep with research and science to back it up. Highly recommend!

I stumbled across this brilliant book when trying to figure out why my intrusive thoughts were waking me in the middle of the night and giving me that sinking, tense anxiety attack type feeling. I had sought advice from a natropath I was seeing and was told I probably needed counselling.

After listening to this audio book, I cleaned up my sleep hygiene and most importantly made sure I wasn’t too hot in bed! That was it! Solved! I no longer have those episodes at all now. Not only that, I’m sleeping a lot better already too, just after one listen and changing a few simple things.

I cannot recommend this book enough, I’ve been telling anyone that will listen that they should read it! After all who doesn’t want better sleep based on science and evidence?
